Aluminum solar roof mounting structure (RailBase ballast-free zero-penetrating thermally welded PV mounting system, Model R-250/R-500). Main load-bearing components: 6005-T5 aluminum alloy, equipped with TPO/PVC membrane as functional accessory. Aluminum components and TPO/PVC membrane are pre-assembled by self-tapping screws. Processed by cutting, drilling and bolting, designed for installing solar modules on TPO/PVC single-ply membrane roof. Supplied as complete structural kit, solar modules excluded. No plastic components within the assembly.
